❌ Order Cancellations & Changes

Once your custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make any changes after confirmation, a 25% fee will apply. If we’ve already started production, we’ll deny your request and, unfortunately, no returns will be accepted.

🚫 Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds—no exceptions. Since all our products are made-to-order, each one is unique to you. Therefore, refunds aren’t possible.
