đź’ł Custom Order Payment Process
We believe in transparency and mutual trust!

For custom orders placed via email through our "Go Custom w/ Veik's" process, a 50% deposit is required before starting the project.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before shipping.

For website purchases, payment is due in full at checkout.
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive an invoice via email that includes:

A clear description of your custom product

Estimated completion timeline
Please review your invoice carefully. If you find any errors, contact us before payment.
If payment isn’t received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.
After payment, your order will be scheduled and shipped within the estimated timeframe. ⏳
📦 Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address!
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our shop.

⏰ Rush Orders
Need your order ASAP?
We may accommodate rush orders, completed outside regular business hours for an additional fee.
The rush fee depends on your deadline and the project size.
To inquire, email us with the subject line “Rush Order”, and we’ll let you know if we can expedite your project.
📏 Belt Measurements
When ordering a custom belt, we’ll send you our “How to Measure a Belt” guide — the only way to ensure a perfect fit.
We’ll create the center adjustment hole based on your measurement, with two additional holes on each side.
Important:

Do not use pant size as a belt size reference — it’s inaccurate.

We are not responsible for mistakes due to incorrect or estimated measurements.
🏆 Trophy Buckle Belts
If you’re switching from a trophy buckle to a regular buckle belt, please tell us when ordering.
Otherwise, your belt may end up too big or too small.
⌚ Custom Watchbands
Want to change your watchband hardware for a different smartwatch size?
We can help for a $20 fee — just send the band back to us and we’ll swap the hardware.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss to your smartwatch if you send it to us during this process.
📱 Custom Phone Cases
Please ensure you provide the correct phone model when ordering your custom case.
If the wrong model is given and the case doesn’t fit, we cannot remake it.
We’re also not liable for any damage to your phone during customization.
đźš« Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds — no exceptions.
All our products are made-to-order and unique to you, so refunds are not possible.
❌ Order Cancellations & Changes
Once your custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to make a change after confirmation:

A 25% fee will apply if we haven’t started production.

If production has started, changes cannot be made and no refunds will be issued.
